Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
Silvergrace Care’s registration covers services ranging from everyday
assistance at home through to personal care, allied health, restorative
care management and nursing care.
As part of Silvergrace Care’s registration, an audit was undertaken against the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards applicable to Categories 4 and 5.
The final audit report found that Silvergrace Care would be able to conform with the applicable Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

Commission’s registration assessment.

Providing care in someone’s home is a position of trust.
Our workforce approach supports safe and quality service delivery through appropriate recruitment, workforce planning, relevant skills and experience, training, supervision and oversight.
Silvergrace Care’s responsible persons were assessed as part of the registration process, with the Commission determining that each was suitable to deliver funded aged care services.
We recognise the trust involved when you share personal, health and other sensitive information with us. Silvergrace Care maintains processes designed to protect privacy and confidentiality and to support the appropriate collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal information.
Feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. Whether you want to share a compliment, make a suggestion or raise a concern, we want you to feel comfortable speaking with us.
Making a complaint will not affect your right to receive respectful care and support.
We use feedback, service reviews, incidents, complaints, quality monitoring and the experiences of the people we support to identify opportunities for improvement. Our goal is not simply to meet requirements — it is to continually strengthen the quality, safety and experience of the care we provide.
