Biography

Madhup brings decades of experience in business leadership, education, community services and entrepreneurship to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Silvergrace Care.

His career has taken him across India, China, New Zealand and Australia and through corporate, government, education and community settings. In more recent years, his focus has increasingly turned to disability and aged care—building services and organisations centred on dignity, choice and meaningful outcomes for the people they support.

Madhup has been closely involved in establishing and growing care services, developing strategic partnerships, building teams and strengthening governance and quality systems. His experience across disability and aged care gives him a practical understanding of what older people, people with disability and their families expect from a care provider.

He holds an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington and a Diploma of Community Services, complemented by qualifications in leadership, management, business, training and assessment.

At Silvergrace Care, Madhup focuses on growth with purpose—building relationships with older people, families, health professionals and community partners while ensuring that growth never comes at the expense of personal, responsive care.

Having lived and worked across different countries and cultures, Madhup particularly values culturally respectful care and the importance of listening to each person’s individual story, preferences and aspirations.
