Your Funding Level, Explained

Every ongoing Support at Home participant is assigned one of eight classification levels, which sets the budget available for your care each quarter. You'll find your level on the approval letter My Aged Care sends you — sometimes called your Notice of Decision. The table below shows what each level is currently worth.

Figures above are the current government-set amounts and are reviewed for indexation every 1 July, so treat them as a guide alongside the amount confirmed on your own Notice of Decision.

Standard = weekdays 7am–6pm  ·  Evening = weekdays after 6pm  ·  Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday rates apply to care delivered on those days.

All prices are shown ex-GST and may vary by location. Evening, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday rates reflect standard after-hours loadings. Care management is capped at 10% of your quarterly Support at Home budget, and any coordination fee on third-party services is separately capped at up to 10% of that service's cost.
